Counselling and Psychotherapy

Individual Support

Through counselling and psychotherapy services (supervised), we will co-create a space where you are able to fully express yourself, process your feelings and thoughts, while identifying your needs. As we work at your pace, we can explore next steps and determine if and how action takes place.

Trust and safety are a key part to a strong professional relationship.  If there are cultural, spiritual, sensory, and/or physical practices or needs that would make your counselling sessions safer, I am happy to discuss and make the appropriate accommodations.

Some of the topics that can be worked on through counselling include:

  • Identity, racial identity, ethnicity, culture, gender and sexual identity, neurotypes (ADHD, autism, adult diagnosis), disability
  • Navigating life stages and stress related to personal, friendships, family/parenting, employment, finances, and academic life
  • Sex, gender, identity, relationships
  • Social and systemic injustice
  • Burnout

Looking for support on a topic that’s not listed? Let’s connect and see if working together can help.
